Take Care Limited believes that individuals have the right to choose how they receive care. We are dedicated to providing this service to people of all age groups, the disabled and those with learning disabilities/differences. The service is designed to promote independence where possible, whilst meeting individual needs.

We care about the person and intend to provide a service that represents these needs and delivers value for money.

We aim to provide a needs-led service that recognises the ever-changing and unique circumstances of the service user.

Where possible, we will encourage and support the service user to maximise their potential and independence in the community.

Take Care Limited provides care to people who live at home. Our service includes personal care, washing/bathing/showering/dressing, food preparation, shopping or pension collection; light domestic work; social care; sitting services and occasional night sleeps/wakes.

We are strictly a non-nursing organisation although we work alongside district nurses to help support the service user, where there are more complex needs. All nursing care is carried out by district nursing staff. Our priority will always be to ensure the well being of those in our care.

If it becomes apparent that the needs of the individual cannot continue to be met fully within the organisation, then this will be discussed with the service user, their family and social worker, where applicable. If necessary, the option of a transfer to another more appropriate organisation will be included in the discussion.
